None of the content here should be read as a public offer, a solicitation or a contractual commitment. It is not advice or recommendation of any sort. An engagement is in place only when ATHELS has confirmed it in writing.
All material and text on the site is the property of ATHELS LLC and falls under the protection of intellectual property law. Nothing is to be copied, reproduced or used in a commercial or public way without our prior written permission.
We are reached by email at hello@athels.net. A message, brief or other material sent our way is not an acceptance of an engagement and creates no obligation for ATHELS absent a written confirmation from us.
Our written product is based on the brief and the information the agency gives us. The agency is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, figures and claims in a brief. As for the decision to use the material we deliver and the results of its publication, that is up to the agency and its client.
ATHELS is not liable for losses or damages from the use of the material we turn in or from decisions made on its back, or from use of the site. In all cases our liability is as the Terms of Engagement state.
We put in a reasonable effort to have the site be accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or technical problems.
There may be links to outside sites for information. We are not responsible for what they put out or their policies.
We can change these Terms at any point. To continue using the website once an amendment is in place is to accept the new Terms.
The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States apply to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rules of law.
